Amid a recent incident inside a Kansas City restaurant, Jackson Mahomes has been arrested on aggravated sexual battery charges. This incident took place in the early hours of Wednesday, Patrick Mahomes’ brother was booked by the local police at around 7:45 AM and his bond was set at $100,000. Court records confirm that Jackson has been charges with a total of three accounts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of misdemeanor battery. What’s worst of all this is that Jackson Mahomes has been in this exact same situaton in the past, and quite recently. He was already accused of forcibly trying to kiss the owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in recent months.
The 22-year old social media star was accused by the 40-year old club owner of sexually and physically assaulting her and there is even footage of what happened. Any conviction of aggravated sexual battery in the state of Kansas amounts to 55 months in prison. This video has been under investigation since the month of March, especially after Jackson’s attorney said that his client did nothing wrong. The youngest of the Mahomes brothers is known for documenting his life on social media and for being considered the black sheep of his family. After that incident with the club owner, Jackson decided to step back from social media for a while but he returned recently. He even attended the NFL Draft in Kansas City last week.

There might be many different problems Jackson Mahomes got himself into during his time in the limelight. He faced backlash after dumping water on a Baltimore Ravens fans during a gam against the Kansas City Chiefs back in 2021. A few weeks later, he was spotted doing a TikTok dance over Washington’s field memorial for late NFL star Sean Taylor just a few weeks after the water incident. Also, Jackson was recorded grabbing a woman’s face during a trip to Las Vegas. This kid doesn’t seem to grasp the concept of keeping his family name clean, he just doesn’t seem to care and he likely needs professional help. Hopefully, the Mahomes family can stage an intervention after the latest incident.
