The Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently celebrated his 27th birthday after sealing a thumping victory over the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. Since then, his brother Jackson Mahomes flooded his social media pages with old nostalgic photographs from their childhood. Not to mention those pictures were really sweet and garnered numerous likes.

With Patrick Mahomes’ stardom, Jackson Mahomes slowly leveraged his TikTok and social media career by attracting audiences on a very large scale.  Recently, he shared a childhood photo of him with Patrick Mahomes and their mother, Randi Mahomes, holding them in her hands inside a pool. Another picture on his Ig story had a sweet picture of their bromance, similar to what he shared a few days ago with Mahomes, enjoying baseball on the field holding a tiny bat.

Just like his brother, Mahomes’ wife Brittany Matthews wished her hubby a warm birthday. “Happy Birthday babessss,” Matthews wrote on Instagram.  This year is quite memorable and special for Patrick Mahomes. He celebrated the first birthday of his daughter, Sterling Skye, got married, and celebrated ten years of togetherness with the love of his life, Brittany Matthews.

“10 Years with my Boo! Time to start over and start Celebrating our Marriage, oh & also our Rock Paper Scissors record,” Matthews gushed on Instagram at the time. “Love you the most,” she added.  Moreover, the quarterback is also preparing to welcome his second child, a baby boy he discovered through the gender revelation party a few weeks ago. However, all this happiness is secondary for the passer once the football season kickstarts.

Patrick Mahomes spoke about playing the Colts in their next game

The 2022 season began on a high note for Kansas City, especially after they slayed the Chargers 27-24 in Week 2 at home. With each passing day, challenges are piling up for this youngster. The next team on his radar is the Indianapolis Colts.

“The Colts are a great football team; I think all of us understand that,” Mahomes made clear to reporters. “When you look at their roster, they’ve got playmakers everywhere, guys that have made plays in this league for a long time. We understand how tough of an opponent they’re going to be,” he added.

Similarly, the game after that is going to be more crucial as he will face the Tom Brady-led Buccaneers in Week 4. It will be interesting to see if he can wrap the season on a high note, just like his off-season.
