The winner of that series will go to the Western Conference Finals and square off with either the Phoenix Suns or the Denver Nuggets. Curry is in his 14th season in the league and is coming off a year where he led the Warriors to their fourth NBA Championship in the previous eight seasons.
As for Mahomes, the 27-year-old has been the starting quarterback for the Chiefs over the last five seasons and has already won two Super Bowls (including this year).
