Prince Harry’s latest scandal: He allegedly hid emails and text messages in a trial.
On June 27, during a London hearing, NGN, publishers of The Sun, accused Prince Harry of deliberately destroying key evidence, including hundreds of texts and emails, in his phone hacking lawsuit against them. English High Court Justice Timothy Fancourt expressed concern over “troubling evidence” that some messages were destroyed “well after this claim was underway,” suspecting that Harry himself might have conducted the search for these documents at his California residence.
The judge described the lack of documentation as “rather remarkable” and expressed “cause for concern.” He requested a witness statement from Prince Harry explaining the fate of the messages and efforts to retrieve them.
