The worst possible outcome after Von Miller’s knee injury on Thanksgiving was avoided now that tests have shown that the star pass rusher didn’t tear his ACL.
However the MRI did reveal there’s a tear in his lateral meniscus, so know Miller and the Bills will see how his knee responds to treatment this week and will be re-evaluated in seven to ten days.

Von Miller will require surgery on his injured knee
Von Miller will certainly have to undergo surgery at some point on his injured knee, but for know it’s still unclear if he’ll need to enter the operation room before or after the season ends.

NFL Network’s insider, Ian Rapoport reported that if surgery is postponed till the end of the season due to Miller responding well to treatment, playing with a knee brace is a possibility as well.

Sean McDermott and the Bills make plans without Von Miller
The Buffalo Bills will play again next Thursday, when they face their AFC East rivals, New England Patriots, a game that Von Miller was expected to miss but now it has been confirmed by head coach, Sean McDermott.
McDermott said that the team will see where it goes from there, noting they’ll wait the 7-10 day period before Miller’s re-evaluation to make a decision.
